We do not ask for payment card details on this website. We do not knowingly collect children’s data for marketing.

WhatsApp messages, including one-time codes that confirm your number, are sent through our WhatsApp Business service. Floor plans, cost sheets and exact locations are shared after our team reviews your request. You can ask us to stop messaging you at any time.

Service providers and where data is kept

We use trusted providers to run the website: Amazon Web Services (email delivery and file storage, Mumbai region), Cloudflare (security and fast delivery of pages), and LazyApp (WhatsApp Business messaging). They process data only to provide their service to us. Our website and database are hosted in India.

Cookies and analytics

We may use cookies and similar technologies for essential website operation and to understand traffic (for example Google Analytics, if enabled). You can control cookies through your browser settings. Disabling cookies may affect some site features.

If we run online advertising, we may use measurement tools such as the Meta Pixel and Google Ads conversion tracking to understand which adverts lead to enquiries. These tools use cookies or a hashed (scrambled) form of your contact details; we do not sell your data.
