Notan Tides

Notan Tides is a luxury residential development in Juhu, Mumbai, developed by Notandas Realty. Designed around a quieter interpretation of luxury, the project presents 5 BHK residences within a 13-storey development, with residences described across the upper levels of the building.

The architectural language of Notan Tides is restrained and contemporary. The brochure describes a façade shaped by fluid balconies, warm finishes and a consistent vertical rhythm, creating a dialogue between built form and the coastal setting.
