The Hindu Business Line reported Sandeep Khosla’s Rustomjee Elements apartment at about ₹26 crore. The project is by Keystone Realtors, which sells under the Rustomjee name, in Juhu, with 173 homes across three acres in 3, 4, and 5 bedroom plans.
The apartment is on the 10th floor, with a carpet area of 3,497 sq ft, about 290 sq ft of exclusive area, and four car parks. Business Line put the deal near ₹68,000 per sq ft, against an average around ₹46,000 per sq ft in Juhu and a very wide local range. The piece used the purchase to illustrate demand that is still holding in premium and super-premium homes.
